Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery within India typically takes 2–3 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier and logistics conditions.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499. For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Any applicable charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. Depending on the order value, a small advance payment may be required online to confirm COD orders — this will be shown at checkout. The remaining balance is collected by the courier at delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use it to track your shipment on the courier partner's website in real time.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You can request to cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, free of charge, from the order details page under "Cancellation & Returns". Every request is reviewed and you will receive a response within 24 hours. If approved, any amount paid online is refunded in full to your original payment method within 48 hours.

Cancelling After Dispatch (Cancellation Charge)

Once an order has shipped, a cancellation charge applies to cover the outbound delivery already in transit. For prepaid (online) orders, the charge (₹200) is deducted and the balance is refunded. For partial-payment orders, the online advance is non-refundable. For Cash on Delivery orders nothing was paid online, so no refund is due — please refuse the parcel at delivery instead. The exact charge and refund are shown to you before you confirm the cancellation. Requests are answered within 24 hours, and approved refunds are credited within 48 hours.

Refund Timeline

When a cancellation or return is approved, the eligible refund is initiated immediately and typically reflects in your original payment method within 48 hours. Your order page updates to "Refunded" once your bank confirms it.

Delivery Attempts & Refusal

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Couriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. Repeatedly refused or undelivered COD orders may affect your ability to place future COD orders.
