1. Products and presentation
We take care to present colours, textures and dimensions accurately. Natural leather carries unique grain, tone and markings; these are characteristics of the material, not defects.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed after successful payment and acceptance by Highlark. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect or fraud is suspected. Any payment received will be refunded.
3. Monogrammed pieces
Personalised pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or differ from the confirmed monogram details.
4. Shipping and returns
Estimated delivery windows are indicative and may vary by location. Eligible, unused and non-personalised products may be returned within 15 days of delivery in their original packaging.
5. Intellectual property
All Highlark names, marks, photographs, copy, product designs and website materials belong to Highlark or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Highlark is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in India having jurisdiction.
